Cancellation Policy

1. Pre-Inspection Before starting, we inspect the carpet to check: Fabric type Stains and spots Damage or worn areas This helps us choose the safest cleaning method. 2. Furniture Movement Small items (chairs, small tables) can be moved. Large or heavy furniture (sofas, wardrobes, beds) may remain in place for safety. We do not move fragile or valuable items. 3. Drying Time Drying time is usually 2–6 hours, depending on carpet thickness and ventilation. We recommend keeping windows open or the heating on to speed up drying. 4. Stain Removal We try our best to remove all stains. Some old, permanent, or chemical stains may not fully disappear. No guarantee on 100% stain removal. 5. Safety & Products All cleaning products are safe for children and pets. If you have allergies or sensitivities, please inform us before the service. 6. Access to Property The customer must ensure clear access to the carpeted areas. If areas are blocked or inaccessible, we may skip them or reschedule. 7. Payment Payment is required on the same day of service (cash or bank transfer). Deposits may be requested for larger bookings. 8. Cancellation Please give 24 hours’ notice for cancellation or rescheduling. Same-day cancellation may incur a call-out fee. 9. Liability We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, loose carpets, or shrinking due to previous cleaning. Customers should secure fragile items before the service.
