Policies & Terms 1. Booking Terms Bookings can be made by phone, WhatsApp, email, or online. We confirm date, time, and service details before the appointment. Please ensure someone is available to give access to the property. 2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Please give 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or change your booking. Same-day cancellations or no access to the property may result in a call-out fee. Repeated cancellations may affect future bookings. 3. Pricing & Quotes Prices listed are for standard property sizes. Larger properties, additional rooms, or special requests may require a custom quote. Add-ons (carpet, oven, patio, fridge cleaning, etc.) are charged separately. Final price may vary depending on the condition of the property. 4. Service Terms We follow professional cleaning standards and aim to meet agency-approved checklists. End of tenancy cleaning does not include wall painting, repair work, or heavy rubbish removal. We cannot move heavy furniture unless safe to do so. Extremely dirty or hazardous properties may require extra charges or refusal. 5. Satisfaction Guarantee Your satisfaction is important. If you are unhappy with any part of the cleaning: Report it within 24 hours, and We will return to re-clean the area free of charge. This guarantee does not apply if new dirt appears after the clean. 6. Property Access The customer must provide safe and legal access to the property. If cleaners cannot access the property on arrival, a call-out charge may apply. 7. Health & Safety Our team is fully trained and insured. We use safe cleaning products and follow strict health and safety guidelines. We may refuse work that is unsafe, hazardous, or beyond normal cleaning. 8. Payment Terms Payment is due on the day of service. Accepted payments: cash, bank transfer, or card (if available). For large bookings or end of tenancy cleans, a deposit may be required. 9. Privacy Policy We keep your personal information private and secure. We do not share your details with any third parties. Your data is only used for booking and communication purposes. 10. Liability We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or fragile items. Customers should secure valuables before the service. If accidental damage occurs, it must be reported within 24 hours.
