1. Booking & Scheduling Bookings can be made via phone, WhatsApp, email, or website. We confirm date, time, and scope of work before the appointment. 2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Please provide 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Same-day cancellations may incur a call-out fee. 3. Pricing Policy Prices start from £120, depending on the size of the garden or scope of work. Larger tasks or additional labour may require a personalized quote. 4. Work Scope Tasks include sweeping, clearing, weed removal, light lifting, and general support. Heavy machinery or specialist work is not included unless agreed in advance. 5. Health & Safety Our team is fully trained and insured. We follow strict safety procedures. Unsafe or hazardous tasks may be refused for staff safety. 6. Property Access Customers must provide safe access to the garden or property. Obstacles or locked areas may prevent completion of tasks. 7. Payment Terms Payment is due upon completion of work. We accept cash, bank transfer, or card (if available). 8. Liability We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or fragile items. Please secure valuables before the service.
